Setting Text Adapter Properties

This topic lists the properties you set in Studio for generic and specific text adapters to use interrogation. Click on the appropriate component in this table for specific information:

Specific WinHLLAPI adapters

Make sure the DllName property matches the proper DLL file path and that the SessionID property matches the correct Session ID (or Short Name) setting in the emulator.

Specific COM adapters

These do not require the use of the WinHLLAPI.dll. You must, however, set the ShortName property to match the name found in the emulator.
