Startup Project
The startup project is project that will be first built, debugged, and deployed. To designate a project as the startup project, highlight the project in Solution Explorer and select Project > Set as StartUp Project. Note that the startup project displays in bold in Solution Explorer.
If a solution only contains one project, then it is the startup project by default. The use of the startup project designation is applicable when you have solutions with multiple projects. In this case, you select the startup project as the project which is run. If dependencies exist between the projects, the dependant projects are built first and then the startup project is built and run.
