Remedy Versions Supported

Pega Robotic Automation supports several versions of Remedy User, including

• 7.01

• 7.1

• 7.5

• 7.6.4.0

For a list of supported applications, see the Application Support Matrix.

Since Pega Robotic Automation is only interacting with the client application (Remedy User), the version number of the Remedy Server is irrelevant.
