Make a Local Component Global
Follow these steps to make a Local component global:
In the Local tab of the Automation component tray, right-click the component you want to make Global. To make multiple components Global at once, press Ctrl+A to select all components or select a consecutive group of components by clicking the first item, pressing and holding-down Shift, and then clicking the last item.
Select the Make Global option.
The selected component is moved from the Local tab to the Global tab and is now visible to all automations.
Note: A Local component ensures the safety of the execution thread, and therefore making a Local component Global can corrupt the automation stack. Only make a component Global when it does not matter by whom and when its value is changed.
