Supported application technologies for Cut, Copy, and Paste events

Supported technologies

Pega Robotic Automation supports the Cut, Copy and Paste events for controls created from targets in the following application types.

Windows applications – Supported for edit controls (these controls process the WM_COPY, WM_CUT, and WM_PASTE Windows messages). Also see the specific application exceptions noted under Unsupported Technologies.
Web applications – With the exceptions noted below
.NET Controls – Cut, Copy, and Paste events exposed for the child controls created for TextBox targets. These events are not supported for any other .NET controls.

Pega Robot Studio does not support the Cut, Copy and Paste events for the following:

Java
Excel 2007
SAP
Text (Emulator) applications
Remedy
Oracle Forms
PowerBuilder
All ActiveX controls including Siebel ActiveX controls - For Siebel, TextBox and ComboBox controls have child web controls for which the Cut, Copy, and Paste events are available.
